The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing household staff, formal service, and day-to-day household operations.Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized service to the employer and family, including wardrobe management, table service, and errand running- Oversee and coordinate household staff, including housekeepers, drivers, and chefs- Manage household schedules, guest arrangements, and event coordination- Handle travel arrangements, packing/unpacking, and itinerary management- Ensure the upkeep and security of the residence, including liaising with maintenance vendors- Greet and attend to guests with warmth and discretion- Maintain inventories for pantry, beverages, and personal items- Serve meals and beverages with formal table service when required- Uphold a high level of hygiene, discretion, and confidentiality at all timesRequirements:- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a personal butler or household manager in a private residence or luxury hospitality environment- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred- Impeccable grooming, etiquette, and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure- Trustworthy, discreet, and highly professional- Strong knowledge of household protocol, silver service, and hospitality standards- Willingness to travel with the family when required- Valid driver’s license (preferred)Preferred Qualifications:- Certification from a recognized butler or hospitality training school- Experience working in UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) households- Culinary knowledge is a plusTo Apply:Interested candidates may email their resume and references to Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
