Key Criteria:
- Solution Development:
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design solutions that align with client needs.
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
- Develop and customize proposals, solution architectures, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of our IT services portfolio and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in new age technology stack.
- Client Engagement:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, to present a proposal or SOW reflecting their solution needs.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and benefits of our IT services/products.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on leveraging our IT services.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the delivery team during the transition from sales to implementation.
- Working closely with Sales team to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
- Provide support in resolving pre-sales technical and functional queries from clients.
- Validate Scope, Schedule and Costing according to the type of engagement while checking the details with help of technical and delivery specialists in the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA from top colleges Preferred
- Proven experience of 6-7 years in a pre-sales or similar role working with Product or IT Services companies
- 5+years of strong technical experience in Cloud,Data or AI
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, architectures, and frameworks (e.g., cloud services, ERP systems, software development).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in any technologies in Cloud, Backend, Frontend, Open-Source Products is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills along presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
