Journey Overview:
We are seeking experienced leaders to join our 'Study Abroad' team in UpGrad Abroad. As an Assistant Manager / Manager , one is responsible to lead a team of one of the best overseas counsellors in the industry. It is a revenue driven role driving the admission process for Indian students seeking study abroad opportunities. Work closely with universities and educational institutions across geographies to facilitate admissions - your team will provide counseling to students, and ensure compliance with visa requirements.
Journey Responsibilities:
Manage the entire admission process for Indian students applying for study abroad programs.
Lead a team of counselors and ensure monthly targets to be met.
Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with visa applications.
Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.
Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries.
Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.
Handle any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions.
Qualification and Skills:
Experience in international recruitment and student counseling.
In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations like US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
