Role & responsibilities:
Collection of data analysis for performance improvement
Client relationship and coordination
Investigate Historical Data for product debt
Analyze the segment to identify performance gaps/ steps that are missed
Preparing and Maintaining internal reports for MIS and reports to management.
Maintain and Update collections SOPs on a time-to-time basis.
Weekly and Monthly business reviews, presentations with clients
Should deliver the KPI as required and maintain self KPI like Quality, Attrition, Shrinkage and roaster management.
Should handle call monitoring exercises, escalations and follow up with the other department to solve the queries of the customers.
Dialer Management
Tele-collection and Team handling
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as a Collection -Assistant Manager/Team Leader or similar role
Working knowledge of MS- Excel, databases, Powerpoint
Good communication skills verbal and writing
A person should come with previous experience of 3 to 8 years in Tele- Collections and Strategy.
