Agricultural Sales Representative

About FarmEasy: FarmEasy is a revolutionary agri-tech platform that connects farmers and landowners to maximize cultivation, increase productivity, and create employment opportunities. Our platform empowers farmers with digital tools, resources, and community-driven solutions to improve their agricultural practices.
Role Overview: We are looking for Business Development Managers with a background in agri-input sales and a strong existing network of farmers. Your primary responsibility will be onboarding farmers onto the FarmEasy platform, educating them about its benefits, and expanding its reach. This is a remote, target-driven role requiring strong relationship management and field engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities: Farmer Onboarding & Engagement: Promote the FarmEasy app to farmers, educate them about its benefits, and ensure their successful registration.
Network Utilization: Leverage your existing farmer connections to expand FarmEasy's user base.
Target Achievement: Meet defined targets for farmer registrations and engagement.
Farmer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with farmers to address queries and ensure continuous platform engagement.
Market Insights & Feedback: Gather feedback from farmers regarding app usability, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in agri-sales with a strong farmer network is mandatory.
Strong understanding of farmer needs and rural markets.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
