Job Overview NeceSera is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our enthusiastic team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our online sales and enhancing the overall customer experience on our platform. This full-time position requires an individual with a strong background in e-commerce and a passion for sustainable fashion. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong understanding of the retail apparel and fashion industry's dynamics. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret web analytics to drive decision-making and optimize online sales. Demonstrated ability to manage and improve customer journey maps to enhance user experience and increase conversions. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate solutions that drive ecommerce growth. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic e-commerce plans to achieve sales targets and drive profitability. Manage and optimize our online presence, ensuring an engaging and effective user experience across all channels. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns. Monitor website performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to recommend improvements and increase efficiency. Coordinate inventory management and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. Lead efforts to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value through innovative strategies. Identify new market trends and opportunities for growth, staying ahead of the competition in the fashion e-commerce space.
