Senior E-Commerce Manager / Head of E-Commerce (D2C Focus)Experience: 7+ years in E-commerce, with 1+ year in senior leadershipLocation : Lower Parel west, Mumbai (Full time- Office)Role OverviewDrive the end-to-end e-commerce growth strategy for the brand across marketplaces and D2C channels, with full ownership of revenue, profitability, and customer experience.Key Responsibilities- Lead the overall e-commerce strategy for marketplaces and D2C website to accelerate revenue, profitability, and ROI. - Drive business performance on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces through data-led decisions, growth planning, and operational excellence. - Oversee daily e-commerce operations including planning, inventory, pricing, promotions, catalog quality, and customer experience. - Collaborate with marketing to execute high-impact performance campaigns, conversion optimization, and brand-building initiatives. - Strengthen marketplace relationships, negotiate better terms, and unlock new growth opportunities. - Evaluate and expand into new e-commerce channels and distribution models. - Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team with strong process discipline and accountability. - Deliver robust reporting, insights, and forecasts for leadership decision-making.Desired Profile- Strong track record of scaling D2C and marketplace businesses in high-growth brands. - Deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, Flipkart, and marketplace P&L management. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities. - Experienced in content optimization, SEO, and merchandising for enhanced visibility and conversion. - Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and business development. - Proficient in MS Office, digital tools, analytics platforms, and marketplace research tools.Interested candidates can send their resume at hr@clayco.in
