Role Purpose The purpose of this profile is to manage and optimize our presence on online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and others. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving sales, enhancing product visibility, and building strong relationships with marketplace partners.Responsibilities Manage and optimize our presence on multiple online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, etc Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and drive traffic to our listings. Monitor marketplace performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketplace initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives and stay updated on platform updates, policies, and best practices. Continuously optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to enhance discoverability and conversion rates. Implement pricing strategies to remain competitive and maximize profitability on each marketplace. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies related to e-commerce and online marketplaces. Proven experience of 2-3 years managing online marketplaces, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Amazon Seller Central. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing product listings for search engines is a plus.
