IP - Branch Product Sales Head - Lucknow Branch- India Limited

Role & responsibilities - Lead a team of Area Heads to achieve Switch gear (Power gear -PG) , Control gear (CG) and Power Quality Solutions (PQS) sales in Central UP -position is based at branch sales office Lucknow.
Preferred candidate profile - 1) Team leader for PG, CG & PQS sales in Central UP Branch 2) Responsible for achieving Branch sales for all 3 divisions by following a structured process of customer & channel working
3) Working in all segments relevant for respective divisions -Panel Builders, DISCOM, Railway, MES ,PWD , Water , Builders , Industry & OEMs
4)Existing channel growth & onboarding of new channels to ensure geographical & customer segment reach
5)Key Account working for ensuring approvals /preference for IP in major accounts having large business opportunities
6)To maintain working discipline by ensuring compliance to policy guideline, dealer sales schemes & special price approval (SPA) guiding rules for Project orders.
7)The candidate should have technical background preferably -BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering
8)Work experience of 10-15 years preferably in Switchgear / Control gear /Power Quality domain and Panel Builder / Government & Utility segment
9)Understanding of Protection & Control basics, product range and selection for various applications
