Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Relationship Officer located in Lucknow. The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all clients' finance-related needs are met effectively. Daily tasks will include building and maintaining strong business relationships, addressing customer queries, and supporting sales activities. The officer is expected to contribute to the overall financial health and growth of the branch by fostering trust and loyalty among clients.
Qualifications
- Skills in Business Relationship Management and Finance
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience and proficiency in Sales
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
