About Us:
Attari Furniture Group is a trusted name in the furniture industry, delivering premium products and services to customers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Lucknow branch operations and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to deliver outstanding results
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and analyze key metrics
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards
Enhance customer satisfaction by handling escalations and resolving issues
Coordinate with head office, production, and sales teams for efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role (retail/furniture preferred)
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and people management abilities
Business development mindset with a focus on achieving targets
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deliver under pressure
