Key Account Manager

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, developing and implementing growth strategies, negotiating and closing deals, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.

QualificationsStrong Sales and Business Development skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsExperience in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunitiesExpertise in developing and implementing growth strategiesExperience in strategic planning and executionDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fieldSchedule meetings with prospective clients.Ensure Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual outreach with scheduled follow-ups via phone calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.Ensure the meetings scheduled are realized and follow up on the prospects post the call to set up future proposal discussionsCreate personal email sequences and Decks to present the prospective clientsAchieve Quarterly Revenue targets and deliver the campaigns closedFinding and developing new markets and improving sales.Develop quotes and proposals for clients.Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met.
