For our GCC operations, we offer a comprehensive suite of SCA-approved financial products, including FX, CFDs, DGCX-listed commodities, cryptocurrencies, global equities, and indices. We are expanding our Dubai and GCC sales operations and seeking experienced Tele-Sales Executives with a passion for financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage cold calls to potential investors across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
- Promote and sell a range of regulated investment instruments including:
- DGCX-listed futures & commodities
- Global stocks, FX pairs, CFDs, indices, and cryptocurrencies
- Convert leads into qualified clients while ensuring compliance with SCA guidelines.
- Educate prospects on risk management, trading platforms, and investment strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date client information and performance metrics on CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with onboarding, trading desk, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and activation targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in tele-sales of FX, CFD, crypto, or global equity products.
- Prior work in SCA-regulated firms or GCC-regulated investment companies is a strong advantage.
- Excellent sales skills, with fluent English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other South Indian languages is a plus.
- Familiar with DGCX instruments, trading platforms, leverage models, and KYC norms.
- Strong interpersonal and objection-handling abilities.
- Proficient in CRM and lead management tools.
