Job Title: Assistant Manager - Last MileLocation: Vashi, Navi MumbaiDepartment: OperationsExperience Required: 2–5 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeNight Shift: 10pm to 6amAbout the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Last Mile Manager to support and execute last mile delivery operations in Mumbai. This role involves coordinating with delivery partners, tracking shipments in real-time, resolving exceptions, and ensuring seamless B2C deliveries. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high service levels, optimizing delivery timelines, and supporting customer satisfaction through efficient last-mile execution.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily last mile dispatches with 3PL partners and internal fleet teams- Monitor real-time delivery tracking and resolve delivery exceptions/escalations- Support route planning and suggest improvements based on ground realities- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries aligned with SLAs- Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams for smooth order handovers- Maintain daily MIS and assist in preparing delivery performance dashboards- Assist in field audits, hub visits, and vendor reviews when neededWho You Are:- 2–5 years of experience in last mile logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations- Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or 3PL operations is preferred- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, route optimization tools, and Excel- Strong communication skills and ability to manage on-ground teams and partners- Problem-solver with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
