About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Non IT/IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in advanced sourcing techniques, bulk hiring, cold calling, and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should be able to identify, engage, and hire top technical talent across multiple domains while ensuring a superior candidate and client experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Utilize Naukri Advanced Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, job boards, and internal databases to identify and attract top talent.
  • Draft, post, and manage job advertisements on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to generate a strong candidate pipeline. Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • (16 years) of proven experience as a Non IT/IT Recruiter
  • Experience working with IT services,, or staffing firms is preferred.
