- Responsible for the maintenance of a large application farm, multi-region AWS deployment dispersed around the globe- Work with team members to monitor and manage hosted applications and services and escalate according to established procedures- Facilitate in the development and ongoing management of our automation including Ansible, Scripting- Monitoring applications and other services and reporting the performance levels- Respond to incidents promptly and manage the incident lifecycle- Active participation in quality assurance of products through the use of JAGGAER standards, practices, and policies management.- Propose methodologies and best practices for delivering outstanding service.

Position Requirements:

- Problem-solving methodology and the ability to work in team.- Strong understanding of multi-tier, high-transaction web/internet applications.- Excellent analytical skills with a curious mindset.- Fluent in English language.- Proven experience in scripting (Bash/Python).- Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.- Experience with AWS services.- Experience with Linux systems.- 2-4 years of professional experience in web-based software development.- Understanding and at least 1 year experience of how Kubernetes and containerization technology works.- Jenkins experience.- Good knowledge of the PL/SQL language and relational DB models.- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
