Role DescriptionDive into the world of crowdfunding- learn to build strategies, plan campaigns and make a difference in people's lives. Basically, everything Sales
You will:
Identify and develop an end-to-end fundraising strategy for the campaign organizers (individuals / NGOs)Engage and maintain regular communications with campaigners and motivate them to raise fundsManage disbursal of funds- coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth and timely transfers of funds for campaign organizersBe the single point of contact for all queries that a campaign organiser might have during their fundraising journeyConceptualize, draft and review content of the campaigns running on the platformWork with cross-functional teams - social media, and finance to identify areas where the experience of the campaign organiser can be improvedYou will pass on the feedback and learnings from the campaign organisers to the product and tech team to keep them aware of customer feedback
You will require:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent with 0-1 year work experience in a client/ customer-facing role. Prior internshhips working in small, customer-centric teams is a strong plus.Empathy for Strangers:
You genuinely care about people and want to help them. You relate to someone who might be going through a difficult time and interact with them personally in a unique case.Power of Persuasion:
Your ability to influence should help organizers overcome their fears and hesitancy around raising fund and seek help.Excellent communication
- You can effectively engage with internal teams and campaigners. Over 50% of your time will be spent over telephonic/ WhatsApp conversations engaging with organizers.Resourcefulness and Creative thinking:
You can come up with ideas to execute for any given situation irrespective of the constraints.Organizational and Problem Solving
- You are super organized and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks during the day.Multilingual
- Ability to speak and fluently in one regional language apart from English and Hindi is required.Demonstrated skills and interest in one/more of the following is a strong plus: Creative design, video editing, advanced Excel or SQL.Strong commitment to ethics, honesty, and integrity in conducting business.
