The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MoneyWare Integra, Miles Software, and other portfolio management systems, ensuring seamless operational support, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operational activities for wealth management products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, etc.)- Process client transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches- Reconcile portfolios, holdings, and NAVs using MoneyWare Integra or similar PMS tools- Coordinate with custodians, fund houses, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies- Manage client onboarding documentation, KYC/AML checks, and compliance reporting- Generate and review portfolio reports, MIS, and dashboards for clients and management- Ensure adherence to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines applicable to wealth operations- Support audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives- Provide training or support to junior team members as required.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field- 2–5 years of experience in wealth/portfolio operations, preferably in a
