With a robust team of 1300+ professionals, an impressive 75% are ISTQB/ASTQB certified Quality Engineers, continually enhancing their domain expertise with certifications from III, AMFI, SEBI, and IIBF.Job Title: Wealth Operations Executive / SpecialistLocation: Ghatkopar, MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: 3-6 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Wealth Operations professional to support back-office and middle-office activities within our Wealth Management division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MoneyWare Integra, Miles Software, and other portfolio management systems, ensuring seamless operational support, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operational activities for wealth management products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, etc.)- Process client transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches- Reconcile portfolios, holdings, and NAVs using MoneyWare Integra or similar PMS tools- Coordinate with custodians, fund houses, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies- Manage client onboarding documentation, KYC/AML checks, and compliance reporting- Generate and review portfolio reports, MIS, and dashboards for clients and management- Ensure adherence to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines applicable to wealth operations- Support audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives- Provide training or support to junior team members as required.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field- 2–5 years of experience in wealth/portfolio operations, preferably in a bank, NBFC, or wealth management firm- Proficiency in MoneyWare Integra (by Wealth Spectrum) and/or Miles Software (MoneyWare / Private Wealth Management tools)- Strong understanding of wealth management products (MFs, AIFs, PMS, Insurance, Bonds)- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SEBI, RBI, FATCA, CRS, etc.)- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred (but not mandatory):- NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors- NISM Series X-A/X-B: Investment Adviser- CFP, CWM, or any Wealth Management certification (desirable).
