Job Title: Wealth Operations Executive / Specialist Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3-6 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Wealth Operations professional to support back-office and middle-office activities within our Wealth Management division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MoneyWare Integra, Miles Software, and other portfolio management systems, ensuring seamless operational support, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operational activities for wealth management products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, etc.) Process client transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches Reconcile portfolios, holdings, and NAVs using MoneyWare Integra or similar PMS tools Coordinate with custodians, fund houses, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies Manage client onboarding documentation, KYC/AML checks, and compliance reporting Generate and review portfolio reports, MIS, and dashboards for clients and management Ensure adherence to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines applicable to wealth operations Support audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives Provide training or support to junior team members as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field 2–5 years of experience in wealth/portfolio operations, preferably in a bank, NBFC, or wealth management firm Proficiency in MoneyWare Integra (by Wealth Spectrum) and/or Miles Software (MoneyWare / Private Wealth Management tools) Strong understanding of wealth management products (MFs, AIFs, PMS, Insurance, Bonds) Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SEBI, RBI, FATCA, CRS, etc.) Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred (but not mandatory): NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors NISM Series X-A/X-B: Investment Adviser CFP, CWM, or any Wealth Management certification (desirable).
