Role Overview
We are seeking a female Head of Occupational Therapy with strong clinical expertise and proven leadership skills to lead our Occupational Therapy department. The role involves overseeing patient care, guiding a team of therapists, ensuring compliance, and driving excellence in rehabilitation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy sessions for complex cases requiring advanced intervention.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of therapists and assistants.
  • Monitor departmental performance, set goals, and ensure service quality.
  • Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance staff capabilities.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and clinical standards.
  • Prepare, review, and submit reports as required.
