Client Services Manager

Position Overview:
The Client Servicing Manager acts as the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients, ensuring a seamless experience from project initiation to execution. This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:• Act as the main liaison between clients and the agency.• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.• Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.2. Project Coordination:• Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable plans.• Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.• Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring quality and timeliness.3. Strategic Planning:• Provide insights and recommendations to clients for innovative event solutions.• Contribute to ideation and strategy for events to enhance client satisfaction.• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.4. Budget Management:• Prepare and manage project budgets in collaboration with internal teams.• Ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.• Handle client invoicing and follow-ups for timely payments.5. Problem-Solving:• Proactively address potential challenges in event planning and execution.• Offer quick and effective solutions to maintain client trust and satisfaction.6. Reporting and Analysis:• Deliver regular updates to clients on project status and milestones.• Conduct post-event analysis and share learnings to improve future projects.
Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.• 2+ years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an event or advertising agency.2. Skills and Competencies:• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.• Creative mindset with attention to detail.3. Personal Attributes:• Client-focused and solutions-driven.• Team player with a collaborative approach.• Proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for events.
