The Client Services Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention. This role involves managing a team, resolving client issues, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service that aligns with the company’s goals.


Key Responsibilities


1. Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Foster long-term relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

2. Team Leadership and Development

• Supervise and mentor the client services team, providing guidance and training.

• Set clear performance goals and monitor team progress.

• Promote a collaborative and client-centric work culture.

3. Operational Management

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.

• Monitor and improve client satisfaction through regular feedback and performance reviews.

• Resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

4. Strategy and Growth

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

• Contribute to the development of client retention strategies.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on client acquisition and retention goals

5. Performance Metrics

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth.

• Prepare regular reports for senior management on client services performance.
