Qualifications In-depth knowledge of UPSC syllabus, exam patterns, and current affairs Strong teaching, communication, and presentation skills Experience in creating structured study plans and academic resources Analytical and problem-solving skills for explaining complex concepts A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.G., Political Science, History, Public Administration) and prior experience in UPSC coaching or a similar teaching role are preferred Passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their goals
