Role Overview

The Campus Recruitment Associate is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top student talent through various recruitment strategies. This includes hosting career days, attending college fairs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and building relationships with universities to promote the company's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Campus Engagement & Branding: Establish and maintain relationships with universities, career centres, and student organizations to promote the company's employer brand.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for internships and entry-level positions.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, track key metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or university relations.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, and hiring managers.
- Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple recruitment events and activities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse recruitment data and trends to optimize hiring strategies.
