**On your first day, we’ll expect you to**:

- Have a background in full cycle campus recruitment.
- Have exposure to designing an effective employee referral program in early careers or experienced hiring space.
- Work well on a team - willing to roll up your sleeves and be excited to contribute to all aspects of the early career and grad experience.
- Develop detailed campus recruiting plans with clearly defined objectives, outcomes and sourcing strategies.
- Manage relationships at targeted schools, student organizations and conferences.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and early talent-hiring managers to develop and drive recruiting strategies and results.
- Develop and maintain the campus recruiting dashboards, and report insights regularly.
- Solid attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills.

**It’s great, but not required if you have**:

- Experience with expanding sourcing channels to create balanced talent pools.
- Familiarity with our relevant tools and programs (e.g. Lever)
- On the Atlassian People team, we use an analytical, data-inclined approach to tackle problems, build programs, and help Atlassian's constantly improve upon how they work. You’ll work with a team that partners with business and technology teams to ensure our employees are innovating at their peak, leading teams, and guiding their amazing people.
