REPORTING STRUCTURE:Role Reports to: Vice President Corporate Finance

QUALIFICATION:CA 1st or 2nd Attempt

EXPERIENCE:1.15 to 20 years of post qualification experience2.Prior experience of implementing / working in SAP ECC6 / S4 Hana (hands on at least for 10+ yrs3.Should have worked in General accounting , Financial reporting & management reporting in alarge manufacturing entity (non fmcg4.In depth understanding of all FICO modules5.General understanding of all modules in SAP (other non finance modules)6.In depth knowledge of costing & intercompany process7.Knowledge of preparation of financial statements Standalone & Consolidated

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:1.Should have an analytical mind set2.Problem solving skills3.Strong accounting acumen

Key Roles/Responsibilities:•Lead S4 Hana implementation from Corporate finance through the entire life cycle from designto go live•Provide thought leadership & technical inputs during entire project life cycle•Engage with business finance leads, Corporate finance leads & plant leads during all phases•Own each phase from BRD , design, UAT & go live•Engage with business stakeholders when required•Ensure group level requirement are maintained•Understand current issues / gaps in SAP ECC6 & come up with solutions in S4 Hana•Lead implementation of new modules in S4 Hana that were not in ECC 6•Update & get sign off on RCM for process changes•Ensure new controls are tested•Address all queries of internal & statutory auditors
