The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, customizing, and extending D365 CE applications to solve real-world business problems, especially in sales processes such as lead-to-cash, opportunity management, and pipeline forecasting.Key Responsibilities:• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE Sales App using out-of-the-box features, Power Platform components, and custom code.• Develop custom entities, business process flows, forms, views, plugins, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems via APIs and middleware.• Develop Power Automate flows and canvas/model-driven Power Apps.• Implement business logic across the Lead, Opportunity, Quote, and Order processes.• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Troubleshoot issues and perform system health checks and enhancements in live environments.• Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation activities as part of DevOps cycles.• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security policies.• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed.Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), especially Sales Hub.• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Automate.• Experience with Dataverse, Dual Write, Custom Entities, Business Rules, and Form Scripting.• Experience in deploying and supporting solutions in a production environment.• Strong command over security roles, solution layering, and deployment strategies. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and DevOps pipelines.• Understanding of lead management, sales pipeline, product catalog, and forecasting..• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.• Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 like PL-200, MB-210, or PL-400 (preferred but not mandatory).• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.• Good communication and collaboration skills across functional teams.• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
