Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

  • Consultancy Experience: A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a consultancy role, specifically implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Full-Lifecycle Expertise: Demonstrable experience with at least 3 end-to-end full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 CE, where you played a key functional or lead role.
  • Parts Management Specialization: Proven, hands-on experience in designing and implementing a Parts Management solution within D365 CE. Your experience must include work on: Parts Catalog & Hierarchy, Inventory Control (Non-ERP), Pricing & Discounting Models, Requisition to Fulfillment Processes, and Returns Management (RMA) within the CE context and integration into ERP.

Technical & Functional Proficiency: Deep functional knowledge of D365 CE core modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service). Strong hands-on skills in configuring D365 CE: entities, workflows,
