Client of Crest'XO is an Indian multinational information technology company. The company's stock trades are on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.
During recent years, our client has also made significant investments in strengthening its delivery engine and rapidly building up new tech capabilities that are emerging and are increasingly relevant in view of the demand environment. Our client is today recognized for its expertise across a wide range of technologies that include the full spectrum of Automation, Cloud, Data, Cognitive and Digital Interactive & Enterprise Integration. This is in addition to already robust service lines spread across Digital Services, Application Development & Maintenance, and Infrastructure Management Services (IMS). Our client has a presence in 21 countries with 26 delivery centers across nine countries.
Responsibilities:
- Head of Administration & Facility management on various aspects like, leasing, contracting security, transport, budgeting, process management, housekeeping, compliance, space utilization, general administration
- Oversee the negotiation and management of all facilities leases and acquisition including the development of a long-term leasing and space planning strategy. Developing the right approach for lease duration and structure including understanding of SEZ & STPI/ local govt norms necessary for efficient functioning. Keep up to date the mapping of location, contract, space management and space optimization.
- Develop and deploy a comprehensive Facility Management Strategy including services enhancement, contract management, ensuring the environment and safety rules are applied consistently and in a rigorous manner.
- Define norms for efficient space usage to increase utilization. Optimize floors plans to improve seating, collaboration, employee services so it contributes to talent attraction and retention, employee satisfaction and achieve ‘Best Place to Work’.
- Accountable for budgeting & periodic review on cost optimization and cost saving initiatives for all global offices
- Perform insurance plans and keep financial and non-financial records updated
- Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
- Develop a strong stakeholder management with key Senior Leaders of the company with efficient and clear communication.
- 20+ years of experience in handling end-to-end admin and facilities in IT services industry preferably
- Graduation in facility management, engineering, business administration, or relevant field
- Experience in leading a real estate department with a cross-border portfolio. Extensive portfolio management experience with the ability to oversee strategy around a portfolio of significant scale and complexity.
- Experience and exposure of managing the teams/offices; Proven experience as a leader in Administration and Facilities
- Exceptional strategic planning capability. Experience with short-term and long-term projects. Comfortable with both outsourcing and insourcing of real estate services.
- Procurement and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative management skills are required.
