Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Worker to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of handling administrative and clerical tasks efficiently to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently use MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to complete various tasks.
- Handle email correspondence promptly and professionally, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure all operations comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date office records, including documentation, files, and logs.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, file management, and supporting the front office when required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Support team members and management with ad-hoc tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or back office role preferred.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
