**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking **Junior IT Assistant** to support our daily IT operations and client-based service tasks. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in the IT field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide basic IT support to internal team and clients
- Assist in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation
- Support day-to-day tasks like system formatting, printer installation, and LAN setup
- Visit client locations (occasionally) for minor support tasks
- Help in stock entry and basic data entry work as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate in any stream
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Must be from Vadodara or nearby areas
- Own two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
