Qualification and Experience Requirement:MBA/ Post Graduation in project management / technology or master’s degree in relevant field.10-12 years of relevant experience in consulting/project management preferably in ESG.DPR preparation for central / state government agencies / ULBs / PSUs.Must have developed project monitoring dashboards and portals for government departments.Experience in leading and managing a team.Must have prepared policies, strategies, rules, regulations, and schemes for ULB or state/central Govt. departments.Knowledge of the global and Indian ESG market.Expertise in ESG benchmarking and reporting frameworks like CFD, GRI, UNPRI, SASB, DJSI/S&P, CDP, BRSR etc.Experience in leading and developing large scale government projects.Expertise in developing standardized data collection tools for all performance indicators of the program in consultation with the technical team and relevant stakeholders.
