Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in the bank’s success by managing and developing relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve growing and maintaining a profitable portfolio of banking customers, providing personalized financial advice, and ensuring a superior customer experience. You will work closely with various departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions tailored to meet the needs of our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the bank’s customer base and market share.

Identify opportunities to sell banking products and services.

Provide tailored financial solutions and advice.

Offer expert advice on a range of banking products, including loans, savings accounts, and investment options.

Monitor and manage client portfolios to ensure profitability and compliance.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.

Monitor and manage a portfolio of clients to ensure it remains profitable and aligned with the bank’s risk management policies.

Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail banking, financial services, or a related sector.

Proven track record in sales, relationship management, and customer service.

Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications.
