Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Silkroutech Solutions Pvt Limited. As a Relationship Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their trade objectives. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, facilitating smooth trade transactions, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. You will also collaborate closely with our internal/external teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of our services.
Qualifications
Proven experience in relationship management or client-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and analyze trade-related requirements
Knowledge of cross-border trade processes and regulations
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Proficiency in English and Tamil/Kannada/ Telugu (additional languages are a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
