Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Account Manager at International Real Estate Partners in Chennai. The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, assisting with financial reporting, coordinating with internal teams, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Account Manager in developing strategies, resolving client issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Role: -Monthly and Quarterly book closure and supporting in audit closure.Handling the statutory audits and compliancesAnalysis of budget variance - Reporting to managementPreparing provisions based on budgets and actuals.Monthly MIS Report – By Site wiseCoordinating with other countries' Facilities teams and collecting data.Creating monthly reports and presenting the reports in PowerPoint to Management on a monthly and quarterly basis.Generating other Reports as requested by the Client team or by the Management.Reconciling the Client & Supplier statement on a timely basis.

Key Duties: -· Monthly Book closure and MIS report preparation.· Dealing with all statutory compliance.· Handling the audit queries

Skill requirement: -Complete accounting knowledge.Good communication skills (verbal and written).Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.TDS and GST knowledge is a must.Zoho Books or other accounting software experience would be advantageous.Interpersonal skills.

Personal specification: -CA intermediate or CMA2+ years’ experience in Finance & Accounts.MS Office.ZohoFinancial Management, Account Management, and Customer Service skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareExperience in the real estate or facilities management industry is a plus
