IT Service Desk Analyst – French Speaking
Location: Chennai, or Coimbatore India
Language: French speaking
Office based: Hybrid 3 days a week at office.
Experience level: 1 to 6 Yrs

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and incidents via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Provide technical support in French and English for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Log all incidents and requests accurately in the Service Management tool.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Support remote users and ensure proper functionality of VPN, remote desktops, and other remote access tools.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account setups and deactivations.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in a Service Desk / IT Support role (1–6 years preferred).
- Good understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts or weekends (if required).
