Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Area Marketing Lead to oversee marketing activities and brand promotion for our food brand across designated regions. You will work closely with the Operations Team, Marketing Team and report directly to Brand Head. The Area Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, brand management, and a passion for the food industry.


Responsibilities:

1.     Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the food brand and drive sales growth within assigned regions.

2.     Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media promotions, email marketing, and print collateral.

3.     Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the food industry and local markets.

4.     Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, suppliers, and industry partners.

5.     Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support sales initiatives.

6.     Manage the brand's presence at events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility and engagement.

7.     Develop and manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize marketing investments to maximize ROI.

8.     Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, website traffic, social media engagement, and sales conversion rates.

9.     Provide regular reports and insights to management on marketing KPIs, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

10.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.

11.  Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance marketing strategies.

12.  Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, marketing policies, and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities.

13.  Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.



Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

2.     Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles, preferably in the food or beverage industry.

3.     Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.

4.     Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

5.     Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

6.     Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.

7.     Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

8.     Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.

9.     Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

10.  Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable results and achieving KPIs.

11.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

12.  Flexibility to travel within assigned regions and attend events and meetings as needed.

This is a full-time position with travel required within assigned regions.
