Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Night Shift - US Clients)
Location: Remote
Shift Timings: Night Shift (Aligned with US Time Zones)
Experience Level: Up to 3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply)
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our US-based clients during night shifts. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. If you’re highly organized, adaptable, and ready to learn, we want you on our team
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, and scheduling.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct research, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Support with social media management and basic marketing activities.
Coordinate travel arrangements and other bookings.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Qualifications:
Up to 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is an advantage.
Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with US time zones).
