Job Overview:
As a Business Development Executive , you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our unique range of eco-friendly landscaping services. You will play a critical role in driving revenue and helping us achieve our mission of making urban environments greener and more sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and public sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate offices, real estate developers, hotels, and municipalities.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and sales materials.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote RENTOGREEN.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
Provide feedback and insights to help shape our service offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a startup or sustainability-focused industry.
Strong passion for sustainability, environmental stewardship, and green technology.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM tools, and social media platforms is a plus.
