About the Role

As a Content Strategist at Pepper Content, you will play a crucial role in establishing a content destination for a leading healthcare brand. This opportunity will enable you to shape the brand's digital story and drive its growth in the healthcare sector.


Your responsibilities will include developing a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, creating a comprehensive content strategy that guides the content architecture of the website, and leading a team of content creators to ensure seamless execution of content on the website. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Content Strategy at Pepper.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and reporting on industry trends and competitors’ content ecosystems to identify opportunities for creating differentiated content
  • Defining content objectives, strategy, and content architecture for the website.
  • Ensuring the suggested content architecture, content formats and SEO guidelines, are aligned with the business and marketing goals
  • Defining KPIs and measurement frameworks to track performance and continuously optimize content efforts
  • Plan and oversee the execution of the website launch plan in phases, from conceptualization to production and measurement
  • Aligning cross-functional stakeholders on the content strategy to ideate, plan, and execute impactful content for the content destination
  • Approving content plans and creative references to set the standard for content creation.



Skills Required To Be Successful:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing content strategies for digital platforms that align with the business and marketing goals
  • Proven ability to guide and oversee a team for content creation with sound logic and creativity
  • Knowledge of martech, UI/UX, and varied content formats to conceive immerse, engaging content experiences on-site
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging narratives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess the quality of content-driven experiences and optimise content
  • Familiarity working with senior executives or C-suite leaders to align strategy and content with their perspective of the business
  • Familiarity with content management tools, social media platforms, ai-enabled content writing, and digital marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in managing workflow, prioritising tasks, and maximising productivity


Professional Experience and Education Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a content role either in a relevant agency, brand or publisher organization
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Willing to work from the client's office located in Gurgaon and is okay with contractual employment
