Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a Content Marketing Strategist who can impress our customers with thorough research. Ideally, you have experience in a strategy role at a content marketing agency or SAAS-based company. Our primary marketing goal is to drive the business goals of scaling the user base 3-5x times by 2025 with a significant focus on organic growth and content-led marketing.


About the Role


As a Content Marketing Strategist you will :


  • Develop a brand voice to ensure consistency across all communication from the brand
  • Optimize social media performance to guide content decisions, improve overall presence, grow engagement & analyze competitor activity.
  • Track and analyze SEO content development, and distribution to effectively manage content to reach audience personas. 
  • Develop innovative social media and content marketing experiences that engage the consumer.
  • Partner with the Brand Management, Growth, and Internal Creative teams for integrated campaign development
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines that run simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, user experience, and brand strategy best practices.
  • Intermediate understanding of digital analytics including comfort in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.


What you'll need


  • Creative thinker with a drive to push the bar on creative excellence across channels, campaigns, and businesses, appetite to experiment, deploy strategy plans, and deliver results
  • The ideal candidate will offer a unique blend of creative instincts, social media marketing aptitude, content marketing, and executive management skills.
  • Experience working with SAAS/ B2C brands for more than 5 years 
  • Comfortable ideating as well as executing individually & independently. Has coordinated & managed a team.
  • Start-up experience is a plus 
  • Copywriting experience/content creation/writing background a must.
  • Understanding user experience and making sure the content helps reach to the right audience with search engine marketing (SEM) and SEO 
  • Ability to quickly innovate, implement, and learn through experiments, and scale based on learning.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital media trends & functioning of various platforms.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines that run simultaneously.
