Skilled in recruiting, candidate engagement, employer branding, and stakeholder collaboration. Demonstrates independent decision-making, process ownership, and the ability to align hiring strategies with business needs. Experienced in mentoring junior team members and influencing hiring decisions through data and insights.Location: Farukh NagarKey Requirements:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.- Proven experience recruiting for warehouse environments.- Experience in logistics hiring with a strong understanding of operational roles.- Proficiency in using Workday or similar ATS.Key Responsibilities:- Execute all stages of the recruitment process including:- Talent sourcing- Job advertising and posting- Applicant screening and evaluation- Interview coordination and assessment- Offer and contract generation- Onboarding support- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction- Facilitate onboarding for new hires and assist in internal role transitionsFull-Cycle Talent Acquisition:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.- Source candidates through a mix of platforms, referrals, community outreach, and targeted campaigns.- Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and operational timelines.Stakeholder Management- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, operations leaders, and HR partners across multiple sites and functions.- Provide consultative support on talent strategy, workforce planning & job market trends.- Host regular check-ins and recruitment update sessions to manage expectations and refine hiring strategies.Candidate Experience- Champion a positive candidate journey by ensuring timely communication, clear expectations, and consistent follow-ups.- Create a seamless and engaging candidate journey, from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.- Ensure transparency, timely feedback, and positive communication throughout the interview process.
