Job Description
- Excellent Career Opportunity for the highly motivated and results-oriented General Manager - Operations to oversee the entire Integrated Diagnostics operations for the assigned region. This exciting role offers complete P&L responsibility, demanding strategic leadership and operational excellence to drive profitable growth.- You will be responsible for managing the operations team ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient execution of the business plan. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
-
P&L Ownership - Drive the financial performance of the assigned geography, managing revenue, cost, and profitability metrics. Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth targets, optimize resource allocation, and maximize profits and organizational growth.
Strategic Business Planning & Execution - Develop and implement comprehensive business plans aligned with the overall organizational strategy. Conduct regular market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven initiatives to enhance performance.
Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management - Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and safeguard operational integrity. Quality Management for the NABH, NABL, ISO accreditation and accreditations.
Service Excellence & Team Building -Responsible for driving the service excellence agenda through facility uplift, technology integrations, and humane experience along with strong multidisciplinary team building
Key Responsibilities -
- Responsible for the Optimum Indenting of Stock at the Branch level to keep required efficiency Doctor Productivity Monitoring and Improvement for the entire assigned geography- Quantifiable Cost Control
