Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Assistance:
Provide support on strategic projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO. This may include conducting research, preparing reports, and creating presentations for internal and external stakeholders.2.
Operational Support:
Assist in overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations within the areas of tech, finance, and admin. Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of tasks.3.
Administrative Management:
Manage the CEO's schedule, including setting up meetings, travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. Ensure the CEO's time is optimized for efficiency and impact.4.
Financial Oversight:
Assist with financial management tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, under the CEO's direction
5 Project Coordination:
Lead and coordinate special projects, ensuring they align with the company's goals and are completed on time and within budget
6 Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Prior working experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech or education sectors is a plus.
