Now, we're looking for a sharp and dynamic Founder's Office Intern to help keep the momentum going.
What You'll Do: As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll be the go-to person for our founders, helping them manage their day-to-day tasks and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Think of it as an executive assistant role with a twist – you'll get hands-on with everything from coordinating meetings to crafting killer presentations.
Here's an overview of what you’ll be handling:
Assist the founders with scheduling, email management, and task coordination.
Prepare pitch decks, presentations, and other documents.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the founders.
Take ownership of miscellaneous tasks that help streamline operations.
Be the extra set of eyes and ears the founders need, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For: We’re not big on rigid qualifications – all we really need is someone who’s a great communicator and quick on their feet. Here’s what’ll make you shine in this role:
Solid verbal and written communication skills (basically, you should be able to write a killer email).
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and make smart decisions on the go.
A proactive attitude – if you see a problem, you solve it.
Attention to detail, especially when it comes to crafting documents or coordinating tasks.
