Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Gurugram, Udyog Vihar, Phase-5, Near Sikanderpur Metro Station

Experience: 1-3 Years

Qualification:

  1. Graduate in any stream.

  2. Engineering in qualification will be an added advantage.

  3. The prior internship experience will be an added advantage.

Skills:

  1. Strong communication skills both written & oral.

  2. Should be a self-learner & a quick grasper.

  3. Should be analytical and creative.

Role: To independently lead & manage the paid online marketing channels like Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, & email for the brand ExclusiveLane.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the management of agency operations for paid advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve consistent month-over-month growth in online sales via marketing channels.
  3. Coordinate the launch of new collections using both paid and organic marketing strategies.
  4. Create, plan, and manage social media content (including visuals and creatives) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  5. Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly marketing reports highlighting key performance metrics.
  6. Manage and optimize the company's Shopify website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
