Digital Marketing Specialist (Onsite)

Gurugram, Haryana

Working Hours:
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary:
Up to ₹50,000 per month (CTC)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Digital Marketing Specialist
with a minimum of 3 years of proven expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization, preferably in an
agency or start-up environment
.

You will work with diverse brands across hospitality, lifestyle, and international markets—helping them scale through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Manage multiple client accounts with tailored marketing solutions.
  • Create engaging content and ad copies aligned with brand messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated digital strategies.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in digital marketing (agency/start-up preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of
    SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
    .
  • Proven track record in
    content creation, social media management, and campaign reporting
    .
  • Ability to
    manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
    .
  • Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
