Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Administrator at AppsTech Solution in Ahmedabad.
The Application Administrator will be responsible for providing application support, system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support.
The role will involve daily tasks related to maintaining, updating, and optimizing the company's applications and systems, as well as providing assistance and support to end-users.
Support and training of employees regarding the developed procedures and/or programs
Development of operating and data backup concepts General monitoring of application and system environments
Preparation of documentation
Qualifications
Application Support and System Administration skills
Analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities
Experience in the administration of Microsoft Server & Client technologies
It would be advantageous to have experience in programming with .NET, SQL, HTML
Technical support experience
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with IT infrastructure and application-level solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
