What do we expect from you?
As a Performance Marketing Manager , you will take ownership of driving growth through paid channels. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms to maximize ROI and achieve key business objectives. Your role is vital in scaling our paid acquisition efforts, optimizing funnel metrics, and ensuring that we continue to grow at an impressive pace.
You’ll oversee performance campaigns across channels like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring that each campaign is tailored to the right audience and delivers the expected results. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to align our performance marketing strategies with overall business goals.

A seasoned performance marketer with a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms.
Results-oriented with a passion for optimizing campaigns and improving performance metrics.

An excellent communicator and collaborator who can work with teams across the organization.
You’re good at:
Managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
Budget management and forecasting for performance marketing campaigns.
Experimenting with creative approaches to maximize ROI.
Analyzing key metrics and preparing reports to track campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.

Experienced in scaling paid marketing efforts for a startup or high-growth company.
Well-versed in running programmatic advertising and leveraging advanced audience targeting techniques.
Skilled in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing for campaign landing pages.
Passionate about Ed-Tech and understand the intricacies of marketing in this industry.
Required Experience:
6-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and ROI across digital channels.
Strong expertise in campaign management, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other related platforms.
What is mandatory?
A deep understanding of performance marketing best practices and the ability to lead a high-impact strategy.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive campaign decisions.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
What is not mandatory?
Prior experience in the Ed-Tech industry, though it’s a plus.
